Fascia is a continual web of connective tissue throughout the body from head to toe. The purpose of MFR is to release restrictions in the fascia caused by many things such as inflammation, trauma, poor posture and disease. By using specific gentle stretching and trigger point techniques your therapist can achieve relief in the tension and restrictions. This service is excellent for tight hips, shoulders and even scar tissue.
